Hiya! Before we get into the meat of it, I think some introductions are in order!! My name’s Tabs! I’m 22 and I really enjoy writing and roleplaying!! I’ve been doing it on and off Tumblr, other forums, across video games, and more recently, Twitter for a number of years now!!It’s just something I always end up coming back to, if I’m being honest. Like a go-to meal at your favorite restaurant. You can try other stuff on the menu— but at the end of the day you already know you’re going to order the same thing you always do.That being said, there’s a few rules that I have to keep that dish just as refreshing as the first time I had it. I really would appreciate it if you’d just skim through these and just kind of familiarize yourself with them before you shoot me a message or start interacting!!Thank you!!

1. No Godmodding/Metagaming!
This is pretty much universal across everyone’s accounts at this point. I’m sure everyone’s seen this a million times now and knows exactly what these are and why you shouldn’t do them, but I still like just laying it out for those among us who are still pretty new!!
Please don’t take control of my character, force them into a situation, or just straight up put my character on ice in the middle of an interaction. It really takes me out of the story we’ve got going and also is just— really pretty lame. That being said, please don’t metagame as well. I’ve put a lot of time and effort into making Kirby the way that he is. It’d really kill a lot of the fun for me if your character just magically knew something you read in a headcanon or in his bio or something. Both of these things aren’t going to get you blocked, especially because I know a lot of people don’t mean to do it. Situations just get a bit dubious at times and that’s okay! If you’re ever unsure of anything you are always more than welcome to send me a direct message or an ask or whatever!!But please keep in mind if you continue to godmode or metagame and show no signs of cleaning up then our interactions probably aren’t going to really go anywhere, unfortunately.2. Not Safe For Work (NSFW) Content
I'm not going to beat around the bush with this one.
This is an 18+ acc. There will be absolutely zero interactions with muns who aren't above that age. No exceptions. If you don't have something somewhere on your account signifying your age, I most likely won't be interacting with you. Going off that, if you are underage-- don't try to lie about it. I will find out and you will be getting an immediate block. This is your one and only warning. That being said, that doesn't necessarily mean that this is an "NSFW" account. There may be some suggestive themes here and there, but anything serious will be wrangled into DM's or onto another, private account whenever the time comes for that.3. No Force Shipping!!
I absolutely love to ship! I love writing cutesy little prompts, sweeter than sugar scenes between two muses, all that good stuff! That being said, please do not try to force something onto me or onto my muse. I'm a staunch believer that ships require chemistry to work and be good, whether it's from some like "enemies-to-lovers" type deal (which is super badass please give me more of those ships im starving for them please) or some cutesy slow burn stuff that develops over several interactions.
All I ask is that you give our muses some time to interact so we can see where it goes from there and not to try to twist my arm by jumping ahead without asking me first, that's all!!4. Drama, Callouts, etc, etc.
Unless the circumstances are extreme, I'm not going to condone or endorse, nor pedal or shill any sort of community-wide callouts, drama, feuds, or whatever it may present itself as. I don't like doing it, that's not what I made this account for, simple as.
5. Sensitive/Heavy Topics
I know Kirby and this account can come off as very light-hearted and silly at times, but at the end of the day this is still Night City and this is still Cyberpunk. There, at some point, will be mention of some relatively heavy topics. However, I will try my very best to post warnings and things of that nature if there's anything too heavy in a solo/reply.
6. Mutuals and Interactions
This isn't so much a rule but a personal preference. I am semi-selective!! What does that mean, exactly?
TL;DR, I'm all down to interact but if something is glaringly off about your muse or account (i.e: more than a few red flags) then I'm probably not going to interact with you.All that I ask is that you respect my decision and if I don't follow back, please don't hound me about it. That being said, my DMs are always open if you'd like to strike up a thread or even just a regular old conversation. I know I said I'm a bit "picky" but genuinely I can't imagine I wouldn't want to interact with each and everyone of you wonderful people :D

Well— I think that’s just about it!! Thank you again for taking the time to skim through my rules, I do really appreciate it. :DIf you have any questions or would like to start a thread, please don’t feel at all afraid to send me a direct message!!Thanks again and I hope to write with you soon!!

kirby clarke, 22, is a security specialist with trauma team international and has been working with the company since 2074. prior to being hired on at trauma team, clarke worked for a small, night city-based security firm known as "watson security solutions" in a similar position.kirby clarke was born and raised in denver, colorado and lived there up until sometime in late 2070. he was raised primarily by his father, as his mother died relatively early on in his childhood, up until his death in 2070 while fighting in the unification war. for several months up until late 2070, he lived on his own or with friends in the city before getting into contact with his uncle who offered to move him down to night city to live with him.it is speculated that kirby became affilated with a gang in the city from a young age and most likely still has ties to said gang.despite the rough start, clarke was able to "clean up" after moving to night city and began working at his uncle's security firm, watson security solutions, which allowed him to start building a little resume for himself. a resume that would allow him to jump ship to trauma team international after a few years.as a security specialist, clarke proved to be an invaluable asset to trauma team within just a few short months, routinely providing exemplary service to both client and company. thanks to this and his usually very positive attitude towards the task at hand, he has since become relatively popular among the crews he works with and alongside.outside of his work at trauma team, clarke also routinely takes on solo gigs and work as huscle for a few extra eddies here and there. although, he tries to keep that very much on the down low.

kirby is very short, a bit stockier, and incredibly well built. his work demands the latter as he's routinely tasked with lifting, dragging, and maneuvering clients (or their corpses) out of harm's way for resuscitation or extraction— clients whose weight can range very wildly.and although kirby's cyberware helps to lighten the load immensely, he still trains as though he had none at all to ensure he'll always be able to perform when he's needed most.

kirby, having taken full advantage of trauma team’s partnership with zetatech, has a myriad of top-of-the-line cyberware hailing from their shelves. namely, their mk3 sandevistan, titanium skeleton, as well as their fortified ankles. the latter two were acquired more so for work, while the sandevistan was acquired for specifically for personal use. outside of zetatech cyberware, kirby has a pair of arasaka-produced gorilla arms that he will often fall back on if the situation calls for it.despite all this, kirby’s physical appearance still remains relatively slim when compared to most people who are “chromed up”.
